Co-stimulatory Immune Checkpoint Proteins from ACROBiosystems

The regulation of immune checkpoint involves both inhibitory signals and co-stimulatory signals. The latter is mediated by a group of tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily genes, including OX40, 4-1BB, CD40, GITR, CD27, and their ligands. The ligation of the corresponding ligand-receptor pair has been shown to promote the expansion and activation of both CD4+ helper T cells and CD8+ cytotoxic T cells.
