TissueArray.Com LLC (known as Tissue Array) was formed in 2022, specializes in the development, sales and biotechnology services related to tissue samples,
mainly tissue arrays or tissue microarrays (TMAs).
TissueArray.Com's human and animal tissue arrays or tissue miroarrays and tissue sections can be use in research, routine IHC control and education.
To be specific, the tissue microarrays include donor blocks from normal tissues, cancer tissues, and metastatic cancer tissues.
Furthermore, tissue microarrays contain protein, RNA and DNA molecules, which provide a high-throughput tool for rapid analysis of molecular markers associated with disease diagnosis,
prognosis and treatment.

Survival data were added for few of our tissue arrays.

Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) whole tissue sections are ideal candidates for localizing DNA, RNA and protein markers.
The tissues were fixed by formalin less than 48 hours, and then processed and sectioned.
A single tissue section with 5 µm (micron, micrometer) thickness is mounted on a SuperFrost Plus glass slide.
TissueArray.Com, Inc. paraffin tissue section is suitable for detection of genes and proteins expression in specific tissues of different species.

IHC and ISH
Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) services are provided to customers with specific needs for tissue array experiments.
These analyses are performed to localize the protein/gene of interest by using customer-supplied antibodies,
DNA fragments or oligonucleotides on normal and diseased human tissues selected from TissueArry.Com's vast selection of tissue arrays.
IMAGE SCANNING & ANALYSIS
TissueArry.Com offers the use of Visiopharm for powerful and customizable image analysis. The following services are available for routine analysis: Automated quantification of cytoplasm, membrane, or nucleus staining.
Virtual double/triple staining by aligning features on individual cores. Applications include co-localization studies, and automated quantification of tumor regions only.
